Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between PAPRIKA US INC (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and members in relation to the use of AI video production services and related services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "XLARGE FLOWER" refers to the virtual model advertising production service provided by the Company using AI technology.
- "Member" refers to a person who has agreed to these Terms and has entered into a usage contract with the Company.
- "Content" refers to all videos, images, text, and other results produced through the Service.
Article 3 (Services Provided)
- •AI-based advertising video production service
- •Advertising content consulting and creative planning
- •Video content editing and variation production
Article 4 (Refund and Cancellation)
Full Refund
Full refund available when canceled before work begins
No Partial Refund
Due to the nature of digital content, full refunds are not available for simple changes of mind after production has started (more than 10% work progress).
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms are effective from January 19, 2025.
